Dynamic Power Yoga

 Join us for an epic pre-boulder warm up with ‘Dynamic Power Yoga’ on Tuesday Evening 5.15 – 6.00 pm.
The perfect way to strengthen and stretch, preparing your body and mind for an awesome session. 
Pre booking is essential as we can get busy…
You can book “Pay As You Go” as a “Climb&Fit Member” or through MoveGB.



Now a few boring rules (just to be sure we are clear with everyone).

– Classes are subject to alteration- notice will be given where possible.

– Please cancel a class you are booked into if you can’t attend, so others can take your space.

– Please discuss any medical condition/ injuries with your instructor. Your participation in the class is at their discretion.

– Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts, warm up is essential, if you arrive late your instructor has the right not to allow you to take part.

– Please note that our fitness classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

We will open up in phases as follows.

25th & 26th July: Supporters Only (those that have supported us through lockdown will be emailed directly to arrange booking)

27th July Onwards: All adult climbers (must be pre-booked: members can book 7 days in advance, all others get 48hrs)

3rd August: Supervised children allowed (again with pre-booking)

There will be a lot of changes to make sure we can keep you all safe. Check the Re-Opening page to see ALL the adjustments.

Most important is to make sure you BOOK ONLINE before arrival!!!

We will open up our online booking system one week before opening.
