At The Flashpoint Climbing Group we want to be as accommodating as possible to you and your four-legged friends.
At the absolute discretion of the Duty Manager dogs may be allowed into the centre so long as they:
- Are quiet (no persistent barking allowed)
- Do NOT go on the matting or activity areas (or belaying area)
- Dogs should not be in the way of other wall users, walkways or fire exits
- Stay on a lead and under control the whole time
- Do NOT act aggressively or cause ANY concern to other customers
- Are 100% house trained (will not cause a mess)
- Dog access is not guaranteed If the centre is very busy we may not be able to permit your dog to enter the centre.
Please do not bring your dog to the wall if they cannot comply with the above. Duty Managers will be forced to ask you to leave (and they really don’t want to).
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are exempt from the above rules and allowed in all areas of the centre at any time.
Please check in with reception when you arrive if you are bringing your dog.
